We got our car from the collision shop Friday, at 4:30. The next morning, Saturday, January 7, we left Watersmeet at 7 AM by car for the Chicago area. It was -7 outside. We arrived at the Holiday Inn near O'Hare Airport about 2:15. We were able to check in early and had a comfortable room. We then drove to the Extra Storage Space facility where we rented a space to park our car while gone on our 3 month vacation. We walked about 10 minutes to the bus stop where we got a ride part way, transferred to another bus, and then got off close to the Holiday Inn. It was about 18 degrees, so it was a chilly walk. Sunday, we were on the shuttle to the airport at 6AM. We flew United and left on time (9 AM).
